I think I have confirmed the location of the world’s greatest flag: Yaroslavl Oblast, a federal subject of Russia. To the right you can see an incredible flag of mustard yellow depicting a bear holding a battle axe halberd.
I understand my infatuation with this flag is a bit childish, but I think just about everyone can admit that this flag is truly awesome.

I may be wrong, but I think its a halberd… Though admittedly bears could probably wield pole-arms as axes…
